FAQS

How Fast Can My Coral Get Shipped?

We use the fastest shipping that we can find. We also offer shipping through a 3rd party, who offers insurance on all shipments. Following their guidelines, we ship out on Tuesdays and Wednesdays to make sure your coral is taken care of as best as possible. Part of the short shipping window is due to the speed of which packages can move. Many packages are sent over weekends, and they can easily get back logged. Often this influx starts on Friday, and the backlog is finally cleared on Monday. We want you to know when your coral is coming, and know that it is going to be coming in great condition, not worry about logistics, leave that to us.

How Am I Helping the Ocean if I Buy With You?

One of the reasons that this company exists is because of the natural beauty of the Coral, and peoples natural desire to see them. What so many do not realize is that while we can keep perfect parameters in our tanks, the ocean is being altered in ways some coral cannot handle. This is leading to massive die offs, unprecedented in recorded history. This causes waves to crash into shorelines harder, fish to die off from lack of habitat, and small communities all over the world suffering the due to these unforeseen consequences. We are using the natural desire people have to display such beautiful pieces of coral as a way to fund our desire to help heal the ocean.

What Happens if the Coral is Dead on Arrival? (DOA Agreement)

The last thing we want is for your coral to be dead before you get it. If you receive a piece of coral that expired prior to delivery, please take a photograph of the dead coral, prior to putting into your tank, and email us within 1 hour of delivery so we can either replace or refund your purchase! We work with a 3rd party who insures our shipments, so these requirements are firm.
